Web Chat
Web is a third channel in the Unified Inbox alongside WhatsApp and Instagram. Agents create a shareable hosted chat link; customers open it in a browser (no WhatsApp or Instagram session required). Admins can also publish a public Website Chat vanity link and embed snippet under Settings → Web.
Web threads appear with a Web badge. Filter lists with the Web chip (All includes WhatsApp, Instagram, and Web).
