If a channel is disconnected, sending and automations may stop until you reconnect.

Settings → WhatsApp → Connection

| Connected | No action needed (or Disconnect to clear the link) |
| Not Connected via Embedded Signup | Connect WhatsApp |
| Token missing (Access Token in Router: Not Stored Yet) | Reconnect WhatsApp (and Disconnect if you prefer to clear the link) |
Plan gate: WhatsApp Connect is not available for your plan. Manage billing to unlock WhatsApp. → Manage Billing

Settings → Instagram → Connection
