Cannot Find Notifications

The notifications bell is not shown in the Unified Inbox header today. Browser push, sound alerts, and email notifications for new assignments are not available in the live product.

What you still see​

The header shows:

  • Live / Offline connection status
  • Avatar menu: Account Settings · Help (product docs) · Logout

How to stay on top of work​

  • Inbox tabs — Assigned, Queued, Unread
  • Dashboard — overdue and unread summaries
  • Sidebar counts on Assigned and Queued

Broadcasts → Consent Management is for customer opt-in — not agent alerts.
