CRM Configuration

Settings → CRM — Configure CRM integration and field mappings.

What it does

CRM configuration links an Integration endpoint to field mappings shown in conversation History as the CRM Data tab (WhatsApp threads).

This is not Contact Fields (typed values stored on the contact, shown on the Fields tab).

Setup flow

1. Create the external API under Integrations.
2. Open CRM and bind the endpoint.
3. Map fields your agents should see in the inbox.

CRM is WhatsApp-focused in the current product — Instagram conversations do not use the same CRM panel.
