Settings is workspace configuration in the Unified Inbox (app.kazenly.com). It is not the Account Dashboard on kazenly.com — see Account Dashboard.
Connect WhatsApp and Connect Instagram live in chapters 6–7. Web branding and presence live in Web Chat Settings (chapter 7b). Bot Flows and Escalation are in chapter 10.
