WhatsApp Reactions
On WhatsApp conversations, emoji reactions from customers (or reflected from WhatsApp) appear as small pills on the edge of the message bubble.
Instagram reaction display follows the same visual pattern when reactions are present on a thread.
What You See
A rounded chip overlapping the bottom of the bubble shows the emoji (for example 👍 or ❤️).
- Customer messages: chip on the left
- Agent or bot messages: chip on the right

Display Only
Reactions in the Inbox are read-only in this release. You cannot add or remove reactions from Kazenly — customers react in WhatsApp (or Instagram) on their device.
There is no reaction button in the composer or message menu.
Reactions vs Reply

Reaction-only inbound events may appear as message text elsewhere in the product; in the chat pane they render as the emoji chip.
