What Is Kazenly?
Kazenly is a customer-engagement product for WhatsApp and Instagram. You use it for live support, AI and flow automation, broadcasts, and analytics — with both channels available in one workspace when you are ready.
On kazenly.com, the marketing site describes Kazenly as:
Customer engagement across WhatsApp and Instagram — in one product.
The base plan includes AI automation, live agents, broadcasts, and analytics.
Two Channels
Kazenly supports two messaging channels:

Billing is one unified plan (Momentum or Surge on Billing & Invoices) that covers WhatsApp and Instagram together. You still Connect each channel separately in Unified Inbox Settings after your workspace is ready.
Contacts on WhatsApp and Instagram never merge. A customer on WhatsApp and the same person on Instagram appear as separate contacts.
Two Surfaces
Kazenly splits account work from day-to-day conversations:

Account Dashboard
After you sign in on kazenly.com, the navbar shows Dashboard. That opens the Account Dashboard — not the Unified Inbox.
The sidebar has three sections:
- Overview — account status and WhatsApp / Instagram channel access
- Billing & Invoices — subscribe, upgrade, or cancel your unified plan
- Settings — account profile (not inbox channel settings)
On Overview, action buttons (not sidebar items) include:
- Set up Inbox — claim your workspace when you have an active subscription or grandfathered access (may show Setting Up… or Waiting for Capacity while in progress)
- Open Inbox — open the Unified Inbox in a new tab when setup is complete (Opening… while loading)
- Manage Billing — shortcut to billing (Billing & plans during trial before you subscribe)

New accounts can Start Free Trial with: 14-day trial with WhatsApp and Instagram Connect included. No card required. Connect runs in the Unified Inbox after your workspace is provisioned — not on the Account Dashboard Overview.
Unified Inbox
The Unified Inbox is the shared workspace on app.kazenly.com where agents read and reply on WhatsApp and Instagram.
It is not a single sidebar label. Inside the app you switch channels with All, WhatsApp, and Instagram chips. Sidebar sections include Dashboard, Inbox, Conversations, Automations, Broadcasts, Contacts, Questions, Analytics, and Settings (WhatsApp and Instagram Connect, flows, users — different from Account Dashboard Settings).
Most account owners open the inbox with Open Inbox on the Account Dashboard. That sends you to app.kazenly.com/login?code=… with a one-time handoff. Agents can also sign in directly on the inbox when your organization allows it.
Typical Flow
- Create an account or Sign In on kazenly.com.
- Subscribe on Billing & Invoices when required (Momentum or Surge covers both channels).
- On Overview, click Set up Inbox to provision your workspace when you are entitled.
- When the inbox is ready, click Open Inbox.
- In Unified Inbox Settings, connect WhatsApp and/or Instagram when your plan includes them (see Connecting WhatsApp and Connecting Instagram).
- Work conversations in the Unified Inbox; return to kazenly.com for billing and account changes.
