Set Up Inbox

Set up Inbox provisions your Unified Inbox workspace for WhatsApp and Instagram. You need an entitled subscription — a bare signup trial alone may not unlock setup until you subscribe.

If billing is required​

Block title: Get Started

Copy: Subscribe on Billing to unlock Set up Inbox for WhatsApp and Instagram.

Trial without a paid plan may show Subscribe to keep WhatsApp + Instagram with View plans & subscribe or Talk to sales.

After setup succeeds​

Status moves toward Ready on Overview — then use Open Inbox.
