Open Inbox

When your workspace is Ready, the Account Dashboard shows Open Inbox.

How it works​

  1. On Overview, click Open Inbox (Opening… while loading).
  2. Kazenly opens a new browser tab to the Unified Inbox with a one-time login code.
  3. You land on app.kazenly.com as an authenticated session.

Account owners use this path; agents may bookmark app.kazenly.com and sign in with invite credentials — Sign In to the Inbox.

If Open Inbox is missing​

Finish Set Up Inbox and resolve any billing blocks on Billing & Invoices.
