Customer Portal

Open Customer Portal on the Billing page opens Stripe's hosted portal (Opening… while loading).

What you can do there​

  • Update payment method
  • View invoices and payment history
  • Manage subscription details allowed by your plan

Past due​

If payment failed, you may see:

Past due — update your payment method in the Customer Portal.

Resolve billing before WhatsApp Connect or Set up Inbox may be blocked in the Unified Inbox.

Billing interval​

From the dashboard you may also see Switch to annual or Switch to monthly without opening the portal.
