Inbox is a sidebar section inside the Unified Inbox (Assigned, Queued, Unread, Bot, Agent, Lists). It is not the name of the whole app. Dashboard and Conversations are other sidebar views.
Do not confuse kazenly.com → Settings (your account profile) with app.kazenly.com → Settings (channels, flows, users).
How-to articles are not written yet. Each chapter page lists the frozen titles. Articles will be added one at a time.
