Lists
Sidebar Inbox → Lists opens /lists.
Lists are conversation folders inside the Unified Inbox — a way to group threads for projects, teams, or topics. They are not the same as Broadcasts → Contact Lists (chapter 11).
Open Lists
The tab header shows the selected list name, or All Conversations when viewing the default folder.
A horizontal chip row lets you switch between lists. Counts and conversations update per list.
Create a List
- On Lists, click New List.
- In Create New List, enter List Name (required).
- Optionally add a Description.
- Click Create List.
The new list appears in the chip row.
Add or Remove Conversations
Add to a list (from any Inbox tab except Spam):
- Right-click a conversation row (or use the row context menu on touch devices).
- Under Add to List, choose a list — for example Add "Customer Name" to "VIP".
Remove from a list (while viewing Lists):
- Open the list that contains the thread.
- Right-click the row and choose Remove for that list.
Adding a thread to a list does not change assignment or bot/agent ownership — it is organization only.
Rename or Delete a List
On the Lists tab, open the list actions menu for a custom list:
- Desktop: long-press (~1 second) on a list chip, or use the list context menu.
- Choose Rename or Delete.
Delete List asks you to confirm — deletion cannot be undone.
The built-in default list (All Conversations) cannot be deleted. You can still rename custom lists you created.
Default “All” List
Your workspace includes a default list (often named like All Conversations) that cannot be removed. Custom lists are for subsets you define.
