See Who Got Which Campaign

After a broadcast, confirm delivery and find a person in the results — without treating campaign rows as agent chat bubbles.

1. Campaign list and Details

  1. Open Broadcasts → Send → Campaigns.
  2. Filter by Draft, Scheduled, Running, Completed, Cancelled, or Failed.
  3. Open View Details for:
    • Recipients · Sent · Delivered · Read · Failed (as shown)
    • When Failed is above zero: Failure breakdown — Meta code · Count · Meaning (message counts only; no phone numbers)
    • Addressable breakdown
    • Skip line such as N skipped (X Opted out, Y Not on WhatsApp)
    • Template preview
    • Simulate when allowed (test without full send)

While Running, Start Campaign is hidden. Audience stale means a dynamic list used the last snapshot.

Detail: Campaigns.

2. Broadcast Analytics

  1. Open Broadcasts → Insights → Analytics (or sidebar Analytics → Broadcasts).
  2. Pick a date range.
  3. Use tabs Overview, Campaigns, and Templates.

Page title: Analytics Dashboard · View broadcast performance metrics.

Empty template usage is different from an empty template library — Broadcast Analytics.

3. Contact Activity — Broadcast history

  1. Open Contacts → View Details on a person.
  2. Tab Activity → Broadcast history (Campaigns sent to this contact).
  3. Search campaigns… and filter by send status.
  4. Empty: No broadcasts yet · Campaigns sent to this contact will show up here.

This is the searchable per-person ledger. Detail: Contact Profile.

4. Campaign markers in chat

In an open WhatsApp thread, centered Campaign rows show campaign name · template · status.

  • Not agent bubbles
  • Failed or pending look dimmer
  • Same soft markers appear after S25.3 on Demo+ stacks that run that build

Detail: Opening a Chat.

5. Conversation History

On desktop, click the customer name in the chat header (Click to view conversation history).

Conversation History includes the same Campaign markers alongside messages, plus Flow invite / submit and Utility template bubbles that match the live chat.
