Conversations Table

Sidebar Conversations opens /conversations on app.kazenly.com.

Page title: Conversations
Subtitle (desktop): Manage and monitor all conversations

This is the operations table for supervisors and agents who need a searchable, paginated view across all conversation states — including Expired threads that Inbox and Dashboard usually hide.

Layout

Unlike Inbox (list + chat side by side), Conversations is a table-first workspace:

  1. Header — title and report shortcuts (see Conversation Reports)
  2. Search and status chips — narrow the current page (Filters and Time Windows)
  3. Time window — limit which dates load (Last 24 hours by default)
  4. Table — one row per conversation
  5. Pagination — move through pages at the bottom

Table Columns (Desktop)

ColumnShows
CustomerName and masked phone / contact hint
HandlerBot, agent name, or Queued
StatusOpen, Expired, or Pending badge
Last ActivityWhen the thread last had activity
MessagesTotal message count
UnreadUnread count for the thread
Priority / QueuePriority badge and View or queue actions

On mobile, rows use a compact card layout with the same information grouped.

Open a Thread

Click a row (desktop) or View to open the conversation details overlay with the full chat pane inside.

  • Close with the X control or click outside the overlay (desktop).
  • Escape also closes the overlay.

Queued rows show Take It or DeQueue in the actions column instead of View until you handle the queue (same concepts as Queued).

Row Selection

Checkboxes let you select one or many rows (for example Select all on desktop). Bulk actions may appear in future releases; today the main action per row is View or queue controls.
