Contacts
The Contacts page is for WhatsApp customers — people you message or include in broadcasts. Instagram contacts are separate and are not merged with WhatsApp records.
Open Contacts from the sidebar (admins, managers, supervisors, and agents with access).
Typed Contact fields (Settings) appear on the profile Fields tab and in chat History.
