Connect Instagram
Instagram is connected from the Unified Inbox on app.kazenly.com — not from the Account Dashboard on kazenly.com.
After your workspace is provisioned and you can sign in to the inbox, connect Instagram when your plan includes the channel and you want DMs or comment automation.
Open Instagram Settings
- Sign in to app.kazenly.com.
- Open sidebar Settings.
- Select the Instagram tab (under Channels).

The Instagram page has two sections — Automations and Connection. Open the Connection tab to link your account.
Connection Card
The Connection card explains:
Link your Instagram professional account. You’ll approve access in a secure Meta window, then return here.
When not connected, the status box shows Not connected and a short numbered list:
- Continue with Instagram opens a secure Meta window.
- Sign in and choose the Instagram professional account to link.
- Approve access — you’ll return here when it’s connected.
Connect
- On the Connection tab, click Continue with Instagram.
- While Kazenly prepares the redirect, the button shows Opening Instagram…
- Complete Meta login and approve access for your professional account.
- You return to Settings → Instagram on the Connection tab.
On success you may see a green confirmation such as Instagram connected as @yourhandle. or Instagram connected successfully.
The status then shows your @handle with Connected in green.
Use the refresh icon next to Connection to reload status after Meta changes.
After Connect

The banner at the top of Instagram Settings links to Instagram Automations on the main Automations page.
Billing Shortcut
Manage billing below the connection buttons opens your billing area on kazenly.com if you need to add Instagram to your plan.
