Media Library
Media Library stores header images (JPEG/PNG) and documents (PDF) for WhatsApp templates. Upload once under Broadcasts → Send → Media, then pick the same file when you create a template or send an IMAGE / DOCUMENT header in a campaign or Inbox Utility send.
Meta fetches the library’s public link — you do not need a new CDN URL for every campaign.
Open Media Library
- In the sidebar, open Broadcasts.
- Under Send, select Media.
Page title: Media Library.
Subtitle: Upload PDFs and images once, then pick them for template headers (send and create). Meta fetches the public link — do not paste a new CDN URL every campaign.
Upload
- Click Upload (Uploading… while in progress).
- Choose a PDF (document header) or JPEG/PNG (image header).
- Success shows Uploaded … with the file name.
Filter the grid with All Types · Documents (PDF) · Images. Use Refresh to reload the list.
Empty state: No Media Yet — Upload a PDF (document header) or JPEG/PNG (image header). Tap a tile to preview.
Browse and preview
Tiles show a thumbnail (images) or a document tile (PDFs). Tap a tile for a larger preview. On PDFs you can open or copy the public link from the overlay.
On each tile you can also Copy Public URL. To remove a file, use Remove — confirm Remove From Library? — Remove “…” from the library? Public links will stop working. Buttons: Remove · cancel.
Pagination
Footer shows Showing X–Y of Z, page N of M, and Per Page (12 / 24 / 48), with Previous / Next.
