Broadcast Analytics
Analytics under Broadcasts → Insights shows performance for your WhatsApp campaigns and templates.
The page title is Analytics Dashboard with the subtitle View broadcast performance metrics.
The same Broadcasts analytics family also appears under sidebar Analytics → Broadcasts.
Open Analytics
- In the sidebar, open Broadcasts.
- Under Insights, select Analytics.
Pick a date range before judging empty charts.
Tabs
Overview
Key totals for the selected range (sends, delivery, reads, failures — as shown on the cards).
Campaigns
Campaign-level performance for the range.
Templates
Two kinds of information:
- Usage in range — Top Performing Templates ranked by how campaigns used them in the date range.
Empty state: No template usage · Templates used by campaigns in this date range will appear here. - Current library — distribution by category and approval status for templates in your account (not limited to the date range).
Empty state: No templates when the library has none.
If the Templates tab looks empty for usage, widen the date range or confirm campaigns actually ran in that window — library charts can still show category/status when templates exist.
Meta Estimate
Fourth sub-tab: Meta Estimate (tab description: Meta list-rate estimate from delivered volume (not an invoice)).
Banner: Meta List-Rate Estimate · Not an Invoice — Delivered volume from Meta × official published rates (currency). Separate from any Kazenly platform fee (do not sum).
When data is ready, cards show:

| Billable Volume | Volume that may attract Meta list rates |
| Free / Service | Free or service volume |
| List-Rate Estimate (currency) | Rough cost using Meta’s published rates |
Volume by Category lists Category · Volume · Billable · Free · Estimate, with Rate card effective … and optional volume synced …. Link: Meta Pricing (opens Meta’s pricing docs). Empty: No Meta volume in this date range.
Markets (Billable) may list Market · Category · Volume · Rate · Amount. Missing rates show Missing Rate.
Empty / blocked titles you may see:

| Volume Not Ready | Meta volume cache has not synced yet. It refreshes automatically every few hours. |
| Rate Card Missing | Meta rate card not loaded… — ask an administrator to refresh Meta’s rate card |
| Meta Estimate Unavailable | Fallback when the estimate cannot run yet |
Amber notes (when shown): rate card may be outdated — ask an administrator to refresh; or some markets have no published rate and those volumes are excluded.
While loading: Loading Meta Estimate…
This tab is not a Meta invoice and is not the same as any Kazenly platform message fee — do not add the figures together.
