Broadcasts
Send WhatsApp messages to many customers at once using approved templates, contact lists, and broadcast status (who can receive campaigns). Open Broadcasts from the sidebar (admins and managers). Page subtitle: Campaigns & Templates.
Broadcasts are WhatsApp only — there is no Instagram broadcast in Kazenly today.

Under Broadcasts, navigation is grouped like Settings:
